RPI Group, Inc. and Team RPI Training Strategic Partner StormWind Studios bring virtual training to TRADOC employees
The popularity of scenario-based virtual training has continued to grow, not only in industry and academic settings, but within the government. The United States Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) at Fort Eustis, Virginia, is one such agency that realizes the benefits of this innovative learning model.
TRADOC has enlisted RPI Group, Inc. (RPI) and their strategic partner StormWind Studios, to provide specialized scenario-based virtual training to their Information Assurance (IA) and Information Technology (IT) professionals. Through virtual-sensory learning to visually captivate students and increase retention, the specialized program was designed to deliver and course content which supports the US Army IA Best Business Practices.
Employees will receive training for Microsoft Windows 10, CompTIA Security+ (SYO-401), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation and other Cybersecurity and Information Technology courses.
TRADOC has identified 96 military and civilian employees to participate in the online self-paced virtual training program during the initial phase.
