proposals are accepted at any time, there is no specific solicitation
period. Parties interested in the NTCI Proposal process, requirements
and in submitting proposals can find out more through the following links.
Proposals submitted must meet all subject requirements defined in the
associated links to be considered for review and funding. Proposals
not considered to meet the basic requirements defined will not be accepted
for review. All proposals are to be submitted in Microsoft Word 98 or
later format electronically to the NTCI Office. When submitting a
finished proposal, please submit it electronically to
