| NTCI Management & Contact Information |
| The NTCI effort is managed by three teams established to perform the functional tasks required. These teams are described below: |
| NTCI Board: The NTCI Board is comprised of one NAWCAD, TPP, and TEDCO member each. The Board is responsible for the selection of PCF subcontractors and the general oversight of NTCI. |
| Integrated Program Team (IPT): The NTCI IPT is a working group comprised of two representative members from NAWCAD, TPP and TEDCO. This team is responsible for reviewing PCF commercialization plans and making award recommendations to the NTCI Board. |
| Program Management Team (PMT): TPP/TEDCO has formed a collective group of TPP and TEDCO members who are responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions of the Agreement and performing most of the NTCI tasks. The PMT will is responsible for ensuring technical collaboration between NAWCAD and TPP/TEDCO. |
